We ship worldwide. Most orders ship by USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Most orders ship with USPS Tracking at NO additional charge. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost. We are not responsible for orders returned by postal service due to incorrect shipping address. We are not responsible for shipping costs due to reshipment of returned items for any reason. We are not responsible for any customs fees on non-US orders.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Zen Appeal or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
